TARPAULIN COVERING OF RAKE

RAKE ESCORTING SERVICES

To avoid theft of material during transportation, we provide skilled and qualified escorts for ensuring safe transportation of the material and make the process economical. PLOT COVERING SERVICES
We cover the entire plot with waterproof tarpaulins for safety of material from pilferage as well as rain where material is stocked.
WOODEN PEGS FIXING AND WIRE BINDING
We do install wooden pegs & wire binding in all doors of the wagons before loading at sidings to prevent any spillage of precious materials of our honorable customers. Wooden pegs and wire binding prevent the doors of the wagon from opening due to heavy vibrations during the movement of the rake.
WAGON DOOR PACKING
With the newly introduced BCN HL Wagon having higher storage capacity but after closing the door, some gaps and holes still get left indoors. Our teams specialize in sealing those doors so that the wagon gets airtight and prevents damage to valuable materials by humidity. We are the best at sealing doors using modern and high-tech processes using the best sealing and waterproofing material that maintains the value of the loaded commodity.
TRUCK SEALING
Sealing is the ultimate process to put a check against pilferage/theft of cargo and tampering or unauthorized opening of packed trucks. It will be almost impossible to open the door of a truck/container or to open the covering tarpaulin of a truck without tampering/breaking or mutilating the seal. Generally, a security seal is used to prevent theft of cargo from Truck, Container, etc.
Advantages
- Stopping theft of coal in liaison with local police, RPF (Railway Protection Force) and railway authorities which makes shortages minimum. We are very particular about in transit safety of coal and monitor rake movement from point to point.
- Any unusual activity / inconsistency observed during transit will be communicated to logistic, RPF security and all related persons for minimizing pilferage.
- Recording of Wagon No’s of placed Rake, total no. of boxes placed, loaded boxes, empty/ sick boxes, loading date and time etc. and Making a note of all siding activities.
- Keeping record of Shunting of Wagons for adjustment of Weighment, (Under Load, and Overload). It contains detail report of Wagons in which Extra coal has been put or taken out from wagons for Load adjustment.
- SMS / Call report of all transit activities from loading point to till destination i.e. Rake departed from siding, rake stopped, rake stable, Deviation of route if any rake reaching plant to client's logistic Staff.
- Preparing of Escort report for all the activities, Halts, Time taken for Transit, Sick Wagon during Transit (details of Station name Division) and providing of same to client’s logistic representative for speedy recovery of sick wagon from concerned Division.
- If during transit any door of Wagon is opened due to heavy Vibration, stopping the rake with coordination with Railway Guard and close the same after putting back the coal in wagons on next station to minimize losses.
- Witnessing of unloading, if required by client for ensuring, no cargo is left in wagons.
